Recently we got an inquiry about a paper architecture Pavillon made with ‘bricks’ of
\npizza-boxes, which is quite interesting. Maybe you like it.<\/p>\n

I am a Professor of Architecture Design at the Department of
\nArchitecture
\nat the University of Florence.<\/p>\n

Our school has been invited to exhibit an installation<\/span> at “Future Lab”
\ninternational education fair
\nthat will be held at Westbund, Shanghai from November 25th till December
\n4th > ade-futurelab.com<\/p>\n

We have conceived a paper architecture Pavillon made with ‘bricks’ of
\npizza-boxes cardboard type, 2 mm thick, folded and with slits.<\/p>\n

If you check the attached images it’s easy to understand the building
\nprocess.<\/p>\n

The pdf shows how we can have three stripes of cardboard out from a
\n(almost) A0 pizza-boxes cardboard type sheet.<\/p>\n

Every stripes should folded 3 times, each one should have 8 slits\/cuts.<\/p>\n

If the pizza-boxes cardboard type comes in white we would foresee to
\nprint a pattern of architecture plans on the elements, in black (the
\ncircles in the pdf shows the possible position of the prints).<\/p>\n

If the pizza-boxes cardboard type comes in brown we would foresee to
\nprint a pattern of architecture plans on the elements, in red (check the
\nlast jpeg as an example of the prints)<\/p>\n

We are Kindly asking to Shanghai DE Printed Box<\/a> if it is possible to
\nproduce those elements, if it is possible in case to have it done by the
\nnext November 23rd and to quote the entire process.<\/p>\n

We would be in need of 100\/150 A0, printed, cut, folded.<\/p>\n

The order would be placed by the Italian Consulate in Shanghai.<\/p>\n

I understand the schedule it’s tight but we look forward to hear from
\nyou soon.<\/p>\n
