Package Design Requirement<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The client absolutely loves our packaging. He wanted to reach out to see if we could help with the packaging. The paper printed box is for a soon to launch product (Home testing kits) for their company, Doctoori Connect<\/em>. His company sells medical testing kits that users can order to their homes. Moreover, they already have the paper box design<\/a> in place and would like the packaging to be eco-friendly and sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are the components of the kit they will need our help with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, an outer cardboard gift box<\/a> with custom doctoori branding and design<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second, a small cardboard insert inside the box<\/a> with instructions on how to take the test and return the test back (DESIGN TO BE PROVIDED SOON)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third, two cardboard\/paper boxes or flaps inside the box – one for taking the test and the other one for sending the sample back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corrugated Mailing Box<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We use the custom packaging as a corrugated mailer box for the mailing and postage purpose<\/a>. The paper printed box<\/a> needs to be rigid and durable. Therefore, we choose the paper materials carefully to keep the carton strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the box has a small size, we decide to use the F flute corrugated board<\/a>. It is a micro flute corrugated board, and is quite thin. It is only 1-1.2mm in thickness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Printing inside and Outside<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

In light of the color, we apply the litho printing<\/a> method to the package inside and outside. It has a full color printing. On the outside, the colors are light blue and orange. And it has the matte laminating<\/a> outside. While on the inside, the colors are light blue and orange too. Generally, the printing design is quite simple, which make the box looks clean and impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retail Packaging and Electronics Packaging<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

On the one hand, the product inside the custom paper box are some home testing kits. It is a typical electronics packaging paper box<\/a>. The package needs to keep the items safe inside. Therefore, we create a cardboard insert cleverly to hold the items inside well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, the package is for retail purpose. It requires us to meet the general need of a retail packaging box<\/a>. For this reason, the marketing purpose is very important, which explains why we use the printing inside and outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
