The weak point of a 350gsm folding carton<\/a> is that it can not carry a heavy item inside. The paperboard is soft and the item is easy to break the bottom and fall down. In this post, we will introduce a heavy duty paper printed box<\/a> made of the thin cardboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The folding carton is a very pretty printed paper box with the metallic silver finish and spot UV. The custom paper box looks very gorgeous outside. The package is designed to carry a set of aroma burner inside, which is made of the ceramics. The product is easy to break. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But how do we protect it well inside? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution is an cardboard insert inside. We have the E flute corrugated board and F flute corrugated board. The corrugated insert<\/a> can give the product inside very good protection by its great cushion property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, we use the black speciaty paperboard for our aroma burner packaging box. With the insert inside to wrap around the item at the bottom and on the 4 sides, the aroma burner can not fall down. And the paper box is rigid enough to protec the item inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
