In this article, we will introduce a whole new collapsible rigid box (foldable rigid box or foldable setup box), which is flat shipped to save the shipping cost and warehouse fees.
With the spread of the Coronavirus, the sea freight costs have increased rapidly each month. The cost of a 40GP container to LA port now is nearly 6 or 7 times the costs 2 years ago. In order to reduce the extrac costs incurred by the sea freight, we develop a few collapsible rigid boxes (foldable rigid boxes) to reduce the goods volume, then the unit item delivery costs can be reduced.
This folable setup box has 2 sets of folable flaps on the sides, which can be folded to form the inner part of the custom paper box. We emmbed the round magnets inside the greyboard, then the boards can be sticked together. The closure of the rigid paper box has the magents inside too to seal the paper box. It also has a ribbon pull for the customer to open the box easily.
The paper box in the image above is the flat state of the rigid setup box. And it can folded in half in the middle, then we just use a small corrugated carton box to put the box inside.
This is a very luxury gift paper box, which is made of the special paperboard. On the outside, it is the patterned paper or textured paper with the gold color effect. Inside the paper box, we use the metalic gold paper to create the gold shinning effect. At the front panel, we also have a pink ribbon pull for the easy open of the paper box.
